David Rehkopf is the PI of this study is the Director of the Stanford Center for Population Health Sciences (PHS). David is a social epidemiologist who has spent the past two decades studying health inequities and how to eliminate them, including extensive work with area deprivation indexes and real-world data for understanding health inequalities. He is the PI of the Stanford team for the AFC Consortium including the CDC COVID-19 project and a recent collaboration with the U.S. Census Bureau to refine the predictive power of small area measures of social deprivation.
